Our standard executive coaching package includes the following components:
Personalized 360 interviews to focus the work and to gain support in the organization.
A selection of tools available to the client depending on needs and preferences: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence assessments, values assessment, Strengths-Finder, Communication assessments.
Regular one-on-one meetings.
Phone and e-mail support available at any time during the process.
Recommended six months minimum.
