Executive Coaching

If you want to see demonstrable improvements in your leadership skills, executive coaching is for you.

What is executive coaching?

  • Is results-oriented
  • Helps clients set stronger goals and reach them through tools, support and structure.
  • Focuses clients better to more quickly produce results.
  • Is learning through action.
  • Is a type of consulting, but the executive coach stays with the client to implement the new skills, changes and goals to ensure they make a difference.
  • Is distinct from therapy in that it is future-oriented versus past-oriented.
  • Is focused on the client doing the work, with the coach as support.
  • Involves direct feedback to the client.

Our standard executive coaching package includes the following components:

  • Personalized 360 interviews to focus the work and to gain support in the organization.
  • A selection of tools available to the client depending on needs and preferences: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence assessments, values assessment, Strengths-Finder, Communication assessments.
  • Regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Phone and e-mail support available at any time during the process.
  • Recommended six months minimum.

Testimonials from executive coaching clients:

“Beside all the other great qualities, Kerrie is a great listener. What I admire the most and aspire to be like her one day, is how Kerrie helps her clients find the answers within. Kerrie has played a key role in my success. Above all, she is fun to work with.
Jag Randhawa, VP, Camico Mutual

“I’ve worked with Kerrie both as my professional coach and as a facilitator for team building activities. In both roles, Kerrie has provided superlative services. With her guidance, I went from being a brand new manager to a leader among my department’s management team in a short time. Kerrie’s coaching style is firm and direct, yet she tailored her guidance to fit with my unique style.”
Carolyn Marley, Kaiser Permanente
“Kerrie’s coaching, facilitation and real world corporate exercises dramatically improved my executive team’s trust, collaboration and accountability. These training sessions have resulted in true financial performance improvements.”
Chae Lee, Senior Vice President, Maxim Integrated Products
“Kerrie was my active coach for about 9 months and after that we have continued to stay in contact. I have always felt that Kerrie is taking a strong personal interest in her clients career and life situation overall. She was able to guide me through a very challenging time during my career and it was fantastic to have her as my sounding board. She helped me turn a challenging situation into a great opportunity and made it possible to reach the next level in my career. I would strongly recommend Kerrie and I have enjoyed our collaboration very much”
