Our standard executive coaching package includes the following components:

  • Personalized 360 interviews to focus the work and to gain support in the organization.

  • A selection of tools available to the client depending on needs and preferences: Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Emotional Intelligence assessments, values assessment, Strengths-Finder, Communication assessments.

  • Regular one-on-one meetings.

  • Phone and e-mail support available at any time during the process.

  • Recommended six months minimum.
